The Position:
This individual will be responsible for apt well researched technical support to interVAS and its clients. He/she will provide technical assistance by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining interVAS Limited’s network, software and computer equipment. He/she will act as a Help Desk Administrative officer.

The Location:
You will be working remotely in liaison with the broad team members in the various locations.
Pre-requisites:
Must possess proven working experience in VAS technical support, be very detail oriented with clear and concise communication skills. Must possess the ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader. Must fully understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
Experience:
The candidate must have 2 (two) years working experience in the provision of technical support in value added services in the telecommunications industry or VAS provider company.

Remuneration:
For the right candidate, remuneration will be commensurate with industry benchmarks, experience and performance (meritocracy) against set and agreed targets, with further opportunity to earn incentive bonuses, as designed from time to time.
