The Position:

This individual will be responsible for analysing how well software, hardware and the wider IT system fits the business needs of both interVAS Limited and its clients. He/she will write detailed requirements for new innovative, flexible, efficient systems and will help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.

The key responsibilities attached to this position include but are not limited to the following : 

  • Manage and oversee all technical integrations for clients and partners.  
  • Translate requirements, ideas and concepts into wireframes, process flows and prototypes that lead to value added solutions or intuitive user experiences
  • Define and analyse the required interactions between systems and its environment in terms of interfaces and integrations constraints to ensure appropriate business requirements are met.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customise them for the organisation and clients
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the IT Operations department by training personnel, as well as writing instruction manual and providing support when required

The Location: 

You will be working remotely in liaison with the broad team members in the various locations.


Must possess proven working experience in VAS systems analysis, be very detail oriented with clear and concise communication skills. Must possess the ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader. Must fully understand the importance of meeting deadlines.  


The candidate must have 2 (two) years working experience in systems analysis in value added services in the telecommunications industry or VAS provider company. 


  • Expert knowledge of VAS, e.g. SMS, USSD, VOICE, etc. 
  • All Linux and Windows operations systems
  • Strong Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet)
  • Experience participating in cross-functional projects
  • Software design and development
